5.click puplishing on your dashboard
6.change your blog website address
7.Click on "Settings" on your dashboard
8.click on delete on blogger tools

creat gmail or you have open your blogger account click creat a blog and fill in the cap put in website gap put your old blogger website address and after Click on "Settings" on your dashboard and Click on import blog on your blog tools after you put it all old artical in new blogger account now your blogger it is working
