DeleteFacebook has been swept away by social networking sites after more than 50 million users have leaked information , and many users have turned to delete their pages on the platform. The Facebook platform allows the pages to be deleted on both the desktop and on the iPhone and Android devices .

To delete a page you must first indicate that you want to delete it and then wait 14 days before deleting it. If you are trying to figure out the difference between permanently deleting your Facebook account and stopping your account, 

Delete Facebook pages on your laptop or desktop

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click the menu icon in the upper-right corner of the page, and you'll see a drop-down menu.
  • Click Manage Pages, if you see your page name above this drop-down list, click its name, then skip the next step.
  • Click the name of the page that you want to delete.
  • Click Settings, it's a tab at the top of the page, and you'll be taken to the Page Settings page.
  • Scroll down and click Remove page, this option is near the bottom of the page, and clicking it will prompt you to expand the address, revealing an additional option.
  • If you do not see this option, scroll down and click General in the upper-right corner of the page, and then scroll down.
  • Click Delete Name, which is located under the "Remove page" heading.
  • Click Delete Page when you are prompted to do so, and this will put your page in delete mode, where it will remain for 14 days.

Delete your page in two weeks

After 14 days, reopen your page and follow the following to remove it permanently:
  • Click Settings.
  • Scroll down and click Remove page.
  • Click the Delete "Name" link permanently.
  • Click Delete when prompted.

Delete Facebook Pages on Smartphones

  • After accessing the application, click the Options icon at the top right of the screen, and you will see a menu.
  • Select the pages from this list.
  • Click on the name of the page you want to delete, and you'll go to it.
  • Click on the three dots on the top right of the screen.
  • Click Edit settings.
  • Click on the General option.
  • Scroll down until you see "Remove Page".
  • Click Delete Name.
  • Click Delete Page when you are prompted to do so, this will put your page in deletion mode, where it will remain for 14 days.

Delete your page in two weeks

After 14 days, reopen your page and follow the following to remove it permanently:
  • Click the three points.
  • Click Edit Settings.
  • Click the General option.
  • Scroll down and click Delete final "Name".
  • Click Delete Page when you are prompted to do so.
